In the gritty streets of Philadelphia, a young man named LA grapples with a life of crime and the weight of his decisions. Pressured by his girlfriend to break free from the destructive path, he faces a moral crossroads after the death of his rival, Kareem. When veteran cop Rosenberg discovers LA's ties to the menacing 'God Bless' organization, he offers him a lifeline out of the streets. But as LA uncovers the identity of his father's killer, vengeance takes hold, setting off a dangerous chain of events. With LA on a collision course with his own destruction, it's up to Bumpy, his godfather and the newly elected mayor of Philadelphia, to halt his descent before it's too late.
