Gasbag
5 Episodes
A coming-of-age New York City comedy about a loveable overtalker escaping his overbearing mother and discovering what (and who) he really wants…at age 40.
Currently airing S1, filmed in 2020-2021, during Covid lockdown.
Season 1
George Nordstrom is a wannabe travel agent in Forest Hills, Queens who suffers from logorrhea, or excessive overtalking. (It’s a real thing!) Alone during Covid with no one to talk at - except Facebook Live and his overbearing mother, Phyllis - George realizes he's utterly alone, unquestionably gay, and needs to supercharge his life. Now, post-lockdown, he's on it!
Gasbag S1 was so much fun we had no choice but to create another season! We just wrapped shooting S2 starring our fave actors from stage and screen, boom mics, a crew, multiple locations in New York City, and all that fun non-lockdown stuff.
S2 in post! Coming soon!
