To fulfill Rosie’s dream and ticking Paris off her bucket list, Rosie has a full on past life experience as she steps off the train right into the heart of the Parisian streets. Her heart has melted and even though she knows that some sort of magic is right in front of her she had no clue it was something that involved a ring, a bended knee and the Eiffel Tower!
