Drawing with Rachel
2 Episodes
Rachel, a well-intentioned yet painfully awkward artist hosts a "Learning to Draw" TV show, teaching viewers how to draw wildly outlandish concepts. Through man-on-the-street style interviews Rachel explores and interacts with people who don’t want to buy her work.
Vision for the Show:
We see this show expanding to incorporate a variety of sketches with the artist Rachel finding herself in absurdist situations revolving around art and parodying the “how to draw” trope. Rachel will be interacting with more people from her life and diving into juicer, may we say, riskier concepts and how to draw them. We also see the show traveling to other cities in order to explore those cities and the people that live in them through the discovery of the broad concept. Rachel wants to teach and encourage everyone to make art!

Testimonial:
"Like everything Rachel does this is funny and weird and smart, and while at times I feel like I'm staring a little too hard into the abyss of the human condition I'm ultimately left giggling."
