These sophomoric sleuths are determined to turn their calloused city around and straighten it out, but it seems the only way they can is to break some rules on the way. A cocktail of “Twin Peaks” meets “Breaking Bad” with a twist of a “Barry”-esque tone, we envision this series as a half hour drama/ comedy with an intense and fast paced world that our deviant and sensual boozehounds have trouble keeping up in, but will never give up on.
