"American Tales with Sumit Singh" chronicles my real-life insane adventures in America as an international student from India. From culture shocks to awkward encounters and occasional moments of enlightenment, I've been fortunate enough to make friends from every part of the globe and, in the process, live one unbelievable story. It's a story of how I lost everything and gained it all back. Every episode, I pull back the curtain and show you what it takes to be an immigrant in the good old U.S.A.!

Vision for the Show:
Inspired by true events, the show will be adapted into a half-hour comedy series that showcases my adventures as an Indian immigrant in California while dealing with the expectations of my conservative Indian family. Graduate film school lasted three years, so there will be three seasons, each showcasing my unique immigrant adventures in America as I try to make it in the big leagues in Hollywood.
